Suote Nyananyo
Suote Nyananyo is 22 years of age.
His athletics career started with hurdles and as a young athlete he competed for the Mandale club in Middlesbrough.
It was during one of the young athletes league matches that Suote competed at long jump where he jumped 5m70cm+.
On reaching the U20 age group Suote joined and competed for Border Harriers, in order to compete in the British Athletics League, where he gained invaluable experience and his P.B in long jump crept up to 7m10cm.
His P.B for 110m Hurdles at this time was 15.2s.
Currently Suote competes for Newham and Essex Beagles in the BAL premier league and his P.B's have improved to 7m34cm for his long jump, which was achieved on the way to winning the UK challenge final in 2006, and his 110m hurdles have improved to 14.58s which he ran competing in LEAP at Loughborough 2007.

Hi, I'm Adam and have trained in Athletics since 1992! I first went to Monkton Stadium when a primary school teacher of mine (Bill Wilson) invited me down to see what I thought and lets just say I've been hooked ever since!
I began training for cross country and the 800m, but soon realised I enjoyed shorter events and the long jump. By 1997 I qualified for my first English Schools for 400m and finished in 6th position, this was my first taste of national competition and relalised with more specific training I could progress and was of that standard.
